This was the name that was given to me to use for the talk, but after researching and preparing for this talk, I wanted to change it to  a new name. I wanted to change it to "The Sexually Confident Wife" after Shannon Ethridge's book of the same name.   I took a different twist to this whole idea of 'SEX in marriage' and wanted to dive into the intimate approach of what some women have faced with a past.

What does that look like?  How has this now impacted our marriage?  And then show me how the Cross cures!  Just the reality of Christ and how embracing His redemptive work on the cross really does cure our past, present and future.

Wow!  I learned so much.  I, too, was embarrassed at first just carrying the book around then I got jazzed.  I read it.  passed it on.  Couldn't stop talking about it.  And even copied the Personal Report Card for everyone to test their Sexually Confident wife skills.
